RIM slashes all Blackberry Smartphone prices in India

BlackBerry prices slashed, down to 26%

BGR reports that Research in Motion has slashed prices of all its Blackberry Smartphones in India. The price drop is as much as 26% and this could be a global move that the company could take. RIM was dethroned by Apple in Canada and now the company is dropping prices because of low sales and missing own targets. RIM is expected to announce its quarterly results on Thursday and is also launching its new Blackberry Curve 9220 and 9320 in India in the coming months.
